PIP Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with PIP THE BRAND. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on clothing items within [15] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
The item must not be a final sale or marked as non-returnable in the product description.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Log in to your PIP The Brand account.
Go to the "Order History" section.
Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Follow the provided instructions to request a return.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and follow our return process for the original item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at pipthebrand@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
7. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale, and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This information will be clearly stated in the product description.
